About Ridgeland Computer Repair

Hello, my name is Alan Chester. I am a 22 year Veteran of the Computer Industry, having worked in the Jackson Metro area for most of my career. I graduated Mississippi State University in 1986.  I started Ridgeland Computer Repair in November of 2002 with a vision of providing high level technical expertise to home and small business owners who needed a higher grade of tech support that what was provided at the time through most of the National Service Companies.

Over the past 9 and ½ years we have repaired well over 20,000 computers and have provided an option for new computer desktops and laptops for the people whose computers were un-repairable or too old to upgrade.

Eric Tucker has been working for me since 2004, and is the Store Manager.  He is an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician.
